Review: PetSmart’s Valentine’s Day Electrionic Kissing Lips!

Yes, Brian and I are those people – we get our dogs gifts for Christmas, we celebrate their birthdays and we dress them up for Halloween.

We’re also suckers for getting them toys that correspond with holidays… toys for St. Patrick’s Day? Fourth of July? Thanksgiving? Sure, why not!?

Valentine’s Day is included, too, of course, so we were thrilled that PetSmart was kind enough to send Tansy, Seth and Ryder some very sweet Valentine’s Day themed gifts – Electronic Kissing Lips!

Each of our dogs treats toys differently.

Sethy used to love ripping toys apart, but now that he’s gotten older (and, unfortunately, especially as he’s gotten sicker), he just kind of prefers to snuggle next to them.

Tansy is a toy fanatic. At two and a half years old, she’s still very much a puppy, and is rarely seen without a toy in her mouth. She’s always trying to entice Ryder into playing with her.

Ryder often indulges Tansy and chases or plays tug-of-war with her. But Ryder would really rather just prance around with her toys for a few minutes, making sure everyone sees them and she receives the proper amount of praise for them, and then lay down with her little chin resting on her toys.

I knew they would love PetSmart’s Electronic Kissing Lips, and I was right! These plush toys are small in size, but big on entertainment, and make realistic kissing sounds when squeezed.

I know our dogs will continue to play with these adorable toys long after Valentine’s Day has come and gone!

Check out this cute video of Ryder, Seth and Tansy having a blast with the toys:
