“Share a Moment, It’s Easy!” with HP

With my in-laws living in Pittsburgh, PA… 10 hours away from Rhode Island, it gets very difficult for them around the holidays to be so far away. We travel to their house every Thanksgiving, but with Christmas, we don’t want to confuse Santa or have to travel home sitting on top of a pile of presents. I know it makes it tough on them, and it’s something we’re very sympathetic to as a family.

We do everything we can to make the distance seem closer and for them, getting constant photos is the next best thing to seeing the kids! HP’s “Share a Memory, It’s Easy” campaign is the PERFECT way to describe what we’ve been doing for my in-laws. We’ve been sharing memories with them all the time… and it’s EASY to do!

The boys and I have been trying to send them lots of photos and they love it! HP has Instant Print Kiosks in Walmart Photo Centers that anyone can go to and easily print out wallet prints, photo cards, photo books or year-on-a-page calendars (which are awesome!).

The HP Instant Print Kiosk is extremely easy to use. You simply insert your storage device into the machine or you can scan photos as well. There’s a large touch screen display that gives you numerous options, and once you’ve selected a format, you can easily crop, rotate and edit your photos until you have that perfect shot. There’s also an automatic touch up that will correct colors and help sharpen images when the original is less than ideal.

Even better than all the different options is the price. 4X6’s start at $0.28, 8X10’s for $4.74, Photo Books start at $7, Photo Cards start at $0.28. I know where I’m getting my Holiday cards this year!

2010 was a roller coaster of emotions for us. The sadness felt by the passing of my mother was tempered by the joy of my sister’s daugther wedding. Kelly is our godchild and like a daughter to my husband and me. The only girl on my side of the family she was a treasure to our entire family. You can imagine my delight when she asked me to do a reading at her wedding. She went out of her way to include me in all the special moments of her special day. My heart was bursting with love and joy on October 2nd. It’s a day I’ll never forget.

I would love to capture my nephew’s first Christmas. He is 6 months old this month and I am so looking forward to seeing his reactions to the Christmas season while I am home. I live 3 hours away from him so do not get to see him as often as I would like… I want to enjoy this Christmas by seeing Christmas in his eyes for the first time. It will be magical!!!

    Thank you!

my best friend’s wedding!! 🙂 She’s like a sister to me so I would love to capture her happiest day forever. Also, I rarely get to see her (only saw her once this year, which was for her wedding) so it’s extra special to me.
