Birthdays are back-to-back for 2 of the McClelland boys every September. William turned 6 years old on the 25th, and Alexander turns 5 years old today! They are exactly 12 months and 3 days apart. From the day Alexander was born, he and William were 2 peas in a pod. And then when Alexander was 18 months old, he was blessed with a 2nd brother… and then a 3rd brother when he was 2 1/2 years old. He’s had a pretty crazy childhood so far!
Alexander is my little love bug. He’s funny and artistic and sweet and kind and quite the fashionisto. He loves his handsome shirts more than anything. And truthfully, draws the line when anyone messes with his clothing. It’s hilarious.
Alexander always has a smile. He’s a happy boy. One of the happiest little men I’ve seen. Since the day he was born I have been telling Matt… he’s just happy to be here. That’s pretty much his motto in life. He finds delight and wonder in everything, and as his mom… I love that.
To my Alex… or as we like to say at home, our “Sweet Home Ally-bama”… I love you more crazy! Thank you for being the best son in the world. Happy, Happy, Happy BIRTHDAY!
