What to Wear with Sweatpants.
As a work-at-home mom I’m in sweatpants quite a bit during the week (OK, pretty much all day when I’m home). Sweatpants are comfortable, easy and cozy. They also double as great wear to play with the kids in… I don’t know about you, but I’m usually crawling, running, chasing, darting Nerf bullets…
But after awhile — sweatpants start to become way too regular. You don’t feel sexy. You don’t feel beautiful. And you don’t feel like leaving the house in them.
Well… have no fear! I have found ways to dress sweatpants that will still make YOU look chic and hip (and you’ll feel comfortable leaving the house). I’m so sick and tired of the fashion shows on TV telling you to toss out the sweatpants — it’s NOT practical advice. At least not for moms. Work with what you’ve got… !

What brand of sweatpants do you like?
Kay – 2 brands I love. Hanes and Old Navy. The only kind I buy.

Love it! I do wear my boot cut sweat pants a lot with different tops. And I think I do believe I have that gray sweater wrap. It’s not Michael Kors (outlet) is it??? It looks just like mine – the ribbing at the bottom and everything. 🙂
Love this and am SO impressed that you are turning around and modeling while changing clothes and talking! That in itself is awesome, but I love the tops, too! Great job!

LOVE IT! I just recently discovered how much I love yoga pants/sweatpants (it took me how long??) and how great they are when we’re at home. So much comfier than jeans… but my husband has been poking fun at me… so now I know how to look a little more fabulous 😉 Thank you!

Love it Audrey – but I have a question for you – I think you’re 5’2″ like I am – I have a hard time finding sweat pants in short lengths – I did get a few at Target this year that I love – but they have the stripe down the legs –where do you find sweatpants/yoga pants that aren’t too long on you?
