When it comes to dressing monochromatically (I’m thinking this is a word)… it doesn’t mean you always need to stay with blacks. That’s such a common question I get when I mention a monochromatic look. You can absolutely branch out to different colors, it truly makes such a statement. The bolder you go, the bigger the statement you’re making.
I perfected the monochromatic look while living in NYC. I happen to love dressing in all black, so it was easy for me to dress that way. When I lived in NYC, I swear 75% of my clothes were black. When I moved out of the City, I started introducing more and more color into my wardrobe. Call it the mother in me… !

Great advice, as a fan of waaayy to much grey, love seeing it. Am always leery of matching pocketbooks and shoes though, Posh Spice is not a look we’re striving for 🙂

I think with monochromatic look also helps you look longer and slimmer. I guess! I love it!
