Frigidarie’s Affinity Washer (it’s gotta be love)

I’ve had my Frigidaire appliances for 13 days now. 13 days of trying them – and loving every minute of it. I mean, every single minute. Out of all the appliances we truly needed, a washer and dryer set was right up there. Our previous washer and dryer were so old, and just not (at all) keeping up with our growing family’s needs.

Frigidaire’s Affinity Washing Machine? Oh, my. It’s a whole new world for me. My last washing machine only had a few settings. Hot/hot, cold/cold, or hot/cold. Oh, and it asked it was a small, medium, large or extra-large load. To make sure I would get certain loads of laundry extra clean (and ensure all stains out), I would sometimes put a load through 2 times. Just to give it that extra deep clean. Bedding, towels, undergarments and any particular stained items from 4 little boys.

The difference in a simple laundry load is already a world of a difference for me. In only 13 days. There are 7 wash cycles. My favorites – Deep Clean (sanitize), Whitest Whites, Quick and Delicates/Hand Wash. The Deep Clean has gotten a lot of usage in our house. There’s actually a NSF Certification which assures that cycles up to 153 degrees will be 99.9% bacteria free. Let me just state the obvious… with a 3-year-old learning to potty train throughout the night and a 2-year-old who likes to take his diaper off, this is HEAVEN for me.

Not to mention, it’s saving me actual money by being big enough to fit items that I used to have to take to the dry cleaner to be cleaned. I used to have to pay $40 per comforter at my dry cleaner. It’s making my life easier. Laundry isn’t something I wake up in the morning excited and anxious to do, but by having my Affinity Washer and Dryer, it’s makes it much quicker and easier for me. (For that, it’s gotta be love!)

**Plus, now that my sons can reach the washer/dryer doors, they love to help me move the clothes from the washing machine to the dryer. Chore time!**

They’re great, aren’t they? I’ve used them in someone else’s before and can’t wait to get my own.
