In my previous post (and, by the way, I’m TOTALLY overwhelmed by everyone’s support), I mentioned that despite some personal things being a little rough right now, there are still some really great, fun things happening in my life, as well.
One of those things is that I recently began writing as the Providence Dogs Examiner for Examiner.com. I’m writing about dog things (fitting, no?) in Providence and beyond.
My latest article, “Dogs are fans of social networking, too”, features an interview with The Dude Dog, who enjoys networking with his friends on Twitter – with a little help from his mom, Heather Allard of The Mogul Mom.
And my first article, “One man’s journey to raise awareness for canine cancer”, tells the story of an amazing man, Luke Robinson, who is walking with his two dogs from Austin, TX to Boston, MA (yes, you read correctly: walking) to get the word out about the need for canine cancer research.
Please stop by and take a look at some (or all!) of my articles. I’d love to hear what you think!
Congrats on the new gig! I’m sure tons more exciting things will keep on heading your way. Excited to see your sis in Texas tomorrow!
How nice! Congratulations! Those articles sound great; I’m looking forward to reading them.
Congratulations. That’s wonderful news. I did read the one about the man walking 2400 miles to raise cancer awareness for dogs – that’s amazing.
Very cool! Congrats, Jane! xoxo
Congrats, Jane! You deserve all the success in the world!!
