This is how we spent Thanksgiving night…
Benjamin cried for 12 hours straight. We brought him to the ER near my in-laws – to be told he has (and I quote) “Two double flaming ear infections!”
Two ear infections.
Poor little guy.
So we spent Thanksgiving night trying to amuse our little Benjamin while he was so sad… 12 hours later with some medicine… he’s a different boy.
SO… Ford Motors… Your Flex saw the ER last night.
I hope he is feeling better…..Poor lil guy!
Awwww…poor little guy! Hope he is feeling better soon!
Poor little Benjamin (and poor Mommy and Daddy, too–the only thing worse than sitting in the ER all evening is the worry and anxiety that goes with it!). I hope you will all be able to enjoy the rest of the holiday.
Aw, so sorry that’s how your day ended. I hope your little guy is feeling better. I feel his pain. Literally. Yesterday it felt like someone was sticking ice picks in my ears. Ear infections hurt, and for the little ones who can’t express that (except by crying)…oh, poor baby. Hope it clears up quickly.
AAww.. those scenarios are always tough. Talk about having your hands tied. All anyone wants to do take away the hurt.
Glad it was taken care of!
Happy belated Thanksgiving.
Oh Honey… my heart has been broken since you called me from the ER last night. Look at my little snuggle-bunny Benja. I am so very happy that he’s feeling better… please give him tons of hugs and kisses from Pop-up and Gramma! I love you all!
Aww. That stinks. Sadly, I remember traveling and needing to visit and ER with one of my little ones. An ear infection, up in the mountains. The change in pressure really affected her. At least you found out now and NOT on the trip home!
Glad he is doing better. I remember one New Year’s Day when my son was little – we had to rush him to the ER and he also had an ear infection. Amazing how quickly they bounce back!
Hopefully he is feeling well today, great that the meds kicked in. Ear infections are very painful, poor little guy 🙁 Hugs for the entire family and hoping rest of your trip goes well.
oh – bummer, but glad he is feeling better now.
Poor guy! Sorry that happened to him (and you)!! Love you guys!
Ouch! I hope your little guy is feeling better today! My own little guy is prone to holiday ER visits too. We’ve done Thanksgiving ER once for croup and Christmas Day ER in Washington DC for pneumonia. (Boy, did I feel like a smuck for traveling on a plane with a kid with pneumonia! But we thought it was asthma).
Take care!
Poor poo bear!
I hope the little man’s feeling better. Those hurt!
He needed his momma…such a great feeling…
Oh no! Poor guy!
Poor little fella. I’m glad he’s doing better.
Oh!! Poor Ben!! I am glad he is feeling better! Hey, I am wondering too if you are going to Blog Her in Chicago; I’m going to try if I can get the money saved. SO we have to meet up if you are going too!
It’s not the holidays unless someone is sick, right?
*sigh*
Think of it the fond way: A Thanksgiving to remember. That photo of you holding Benjamin is soooo adorable.
owh the poor thing!! thats never fun…. hope he feels better soon
Oh the poor little guy. Ear infections are horrible. Thankfully the meds normally work real quick. I hope he is all happy and healthy now 🙂
Poor little guy. 🙁
