I can hardly say Triathlon, never mind DO one.
But I am. Doing one, that is.
Well, a mini one. Or more technically, a “Sprint” Triathlon.
On the average, a Sprint Triathlon is about a half mile swim. A 10-15 mile bike ride. And then, to cap it off, a 5K run.

A fine day for a 10K

I don’t know what I was thinking yesterday, but I decided to join my brother and sister-in-law yesterday in a 10K race.
That’s 6.2 miles.
Last year I ran a half marathon, but that was after a lot of training. And I was in good shape.
