I’ve taken a shine to Suave, and it has returned the favor

My hair is pretty easy to manage - it’s long, straight (except when it’s super humid) and pretty thick.

That being said, given that it is long, straight and thick, if I use a shampoo and conditioner combo that just doesn’t work with my hair type, the results are less than desirable. You know what I’m talking about - dull and lifeless. Not the type of adjectives you want to use when describing your hair.

And when a woman is having a bad hair day, it’s just not good for anyone around her.

I am no exception to this rule.

Suave was kind enough to let me try out some of their hair products on this mane of mine; specifically the Suave Professionals Vibrant Shine Shampoo and Conditioner.

And while I figured if I didn’t like the results I could just resort to the ol’ bad hair day stand-by (the ponytail), I really wanted to get the “vibrant shine” the shampoo and conditioner bottles told me I could expect.

And I am happy to say that I loved, loved, loved the results. The shampoo and conditioner have given my hair so much bounce and body… and yes, vibrant shine, too.

Suave says that its Professionals Vibrant Shine Shampoo and Conditioner restore shine and moisture to hair as well as Sebastian Laminates’ shampoo and conditioner (which is 3 times the price, I might add).

Plus? They smell really, really good. Like nice and clean, but not too strong. Even my husband, who thinks all shampoos and conditioners are the same (men!) commented on the smell.

So let it be noted.
