I’m always looking for cool, new tech gadgets! I love being on the forefront of tech trends and really enjoy immersing myself into tech gadgets that are going to make my life easier. Bose SoundWear Companion Speaker is one of my fave new gadgets in the McClelland household!

SoundWear™ Companion® is a wireless speaker that rests comfortably on your shoulders and moves with you as it delivers deep, clear sound.

How does it do this?

Through a combination of acoustic technologies and unique design. Two 11-inch waveguides in the neckband push air to opposite ports for deep lows—while proprietary digital signal processing cancels out bass for anyone nearby. And since it form-fits your shoulders in whatever position you leave it, you’ll hardly know you’re wearing it.

With your ears free, you’ll be aware of what’s around you even as you enjoy music. Which is great for someone like me because I love wearing this when I’m working in my office! It’s a great way to easily (and hands free!) listen to music and make calls.

The design makes conversations over the phone feel as natural as they do in person, plus calls stay clear when it’s windy or noisy. You can even access your phone’s Siri or your Google Assistant with the press of a button, or receive discreet call notifications with personalized vibrations.

The removable four-way stretch cover adds a layer of protection without affecting the sound. The rechargeable, lithium-ion battery gives you up to 12 hours of play time, and a quick 15-minute charge gets you another 2.5 hours. And – which is great – the voice prompts make Bluetooth® pairing simple. You can even download the Bose® Connect app to personalize your experience, plus easily manage Bluetooth connections.

The only set back for me?

I need to share with my sons! LOL! They keep “stealing” it from me!
