Join me and Vera for a FB Live with Pampers Talking Sleep and Daylight Savings

Love for you to join me and Vera as we co-host a Facebook Live with Pampers this Wednesday (tomorrow) at 2 PM ET. The topic we are discussing is helping to manage your child’s sleep through Daylight Saving Time (DST)! Did you know DST can effect a child’s sleep patters for over a week after the time change? We’re going to talk tips to manage the weekend.

This is a topic that is near and dear to my heart because I have been through this and am STILL going through it with my 5th child! Join on in while we have an incredible Sleep Expert with us who can answer questions and speak to any concerns you have for DST!

We’re so excited!!

It’s amazing how much just an hour can affect a child’s sleeping patterns. This is a great topic for a Facebook Live!

I totally forgot that Daylight savings is coming up soon! This always messes us up. It’s tough when the kids are all off schedule!

Ah I remember those days. I used to have to do everything I could to keep my daughter up when she needed to be up and sleeping when she needed to be sleeping. I should have known it was a sign… LOL

I love the fact we’re getting more evening sunlight. But hate that I’ll lose an hour of sleep. Can’t we have both?!

When our kids were small I used to dread daylight savings time. It was so frustrating trying to get them back on schedule.

I wish we lost an hour in the morning and gain an hour at night – that’s my kind of daylight savings. Bright in the wee morning hours and at night too! (lol) 🙂

So glad I live in a state without daylight savings time. I never thought about it messing with baby sleep patterns. That has to be frustrating.

I think this is a great topic. I remember struggling with my kid’s sleep pattern during Daylight Savings time. She was fussy for almost a week. It’ll be great to get some more tips.
