It’s a chilly day in New England this morning!

I’m solo with the kids all day, so I want my style to be easy (I’ll be chasing Victoria all day!) – but with a side of chic! I’m obsessed with faux fur this season and riding boots, so I thought I’d combine my 2 fashion obsessions today!

What I love is that you can take a basic pair of skinny jeans and a classic gray turtleneck and have some fashion fun by adding boots, vest and a fun hat! I’m all about fedoras throughout the year (especially when you don’t have time to do your hair!). I found this gorgeous wool one at Nine West last year and I’ve probably worn it about 20 times this season already!

My faux fur vest I scored at T.J.Maxx a few years ago when I was looking for very Rachel Zoe-esque items. It’s been my faux fur go-to throughout the years! It’s easy, it’s comfortable and it’s fun colors!!

My boots – I’m obsessed with this season! I always love a riding boot, the most versatile boot for a mom! You can dress them up, you can dress them down, you can do just about anything! These gorgeous black boots are FRANCO FORTINI STAMFORD from Rack Room Shoes! I’m telling you, the most COMFORTABLE riding boots!!
