Last week while I was away with my mom and 2 older sons shooting a video series for Disney, my husband posted this on Facebook:

“I’m excited to share about maracas because we’re from Mexico and it’s part of my culture.”

I saw it. I read it again. I read it again. And each time I couldn’t help but laugh out loud.

Did Ben – my Ben – really think he was Mexican?

Apparently, he did.

And apparently he was really upset that he was incorrect after telling the class about maracas.

Well, I just was going through his papers from his folder and his teacher was just as surprised about Ben as we were! 🙂

Oh, my Ben.

You can’t make this stuff up.

And that Culture Day ditto just made it’s way to the McClelland Boy File to be taken out again in 20 years.
