IMO Black Friday is extremely overrated. If I do any shopping then at all, it will be online only. I can’t stand how the stores become packed mad houses, just to swipe a deal. To me, it’s not worth it picking your way through crowds just to hope you can get that last half off item before someone grabs it off the shelf, only to have someone lunge for it in front of you and snatch it up. Then what if you need to do some last minute shopping? I mean I try to purposefully make sure all shopping is done that day, but let’s say you need a few groceries and you hit your local Walmart Supercenter, only to drive around for half an hour looking for a parking spot to buy a few food items while the whole place is a mad house. That’s more than a little insane and ridiculous in my opinion, and I’d rather just stay home. Maybe I’ll see if Amazon has any useful deals but otherwise, that’s it.
