School is officially back in session for the McClelland boys and I’m thrilled to dish about RITZ Fresh Stacks as a back to school snack. We started yesterday, August 27th. It’s funny… now that school is back is session, my house just seems that much more organized. Backpacks are neatly placed on hooks. Shoes neatly placed in the closet. Books and notebooks and pencil cases neatly stacked on the kitchen table. I have to say, I like it. I like it a lot.
I always know that the school year has officially begun when I see 4 lunch packs on the kitchen counter greeting me every morning. School lunches. Oh, yes… this year there are 4 to make and prep. My sons take a lunch to school every day, with the exception of Friday (they have hot lunch), so Friday just is a snack day. My boys are tough when it comes to finding snacks that they ALL will eat. Believe it or not, there’s only a handful of things that they actually all enjoy. Since it’s easier to find and buy snack foods that they all will eat, I cherish the ones that I find everyone can agree on.

RITZ crackers have always been a snack my boys have loved. I started them with RITZ crackers when they were little guys. I’ll never forget my son William – my oldest – he would sit on the couch and literally eat a full sleeve of RITZ crackers. He just LOVED them. My daughter Victoria who is 14 months now, she devours RITZ crackers, she has the same delicious love for them that we all do in the McClelland family.
Since we are always on-the-go with school and swimming and baseball and everything else we have going on, RITZ are an easy snack for me to pack.
